THE SHIFT IS FOR MORNINGS 6AM-2PM (24-32 HOURS/WEEK)(ROTATING WEEKENDS)

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration
- Implement individualized care plans and behavior support plans
- Ensure the safety and well-being of resident at all times
- Promote independence and community integration for individuals with disabilities
- Advocate for resident rights and ensure their dignity and privacy are respected
- Document daily activities, progress, and any incidents or concerns

Skills:
- Ability to lift and assist with transfers of individuals who may have limited mobility
- Knowledge of first aid and CPR procedures
- Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with residents, their families, and other staff members
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
